After graduating from S.U.N.Y Binghamton, Ms. Levine obtained her law degree from Hofstra University. Her earlier legal practice included commercial real estate; real estate litigation; trusts & estates; with case law established; as well as Matrimonial Law and Family Court. She has also engaged in Federal Litigation: RICO, RPDA, and bankruptcy cases. She then sat as an Administrative Law Judge of the Workers’ Compensation Board prior to joining the law firm in 1994.

She is presently a member of the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Tort, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the N.Y.S. Bar Association. She is President of the Injured Workers Bar Association. Her prior affiliations have included serving as the former Chair of the Town of North Hempstead Environmental Conservation Committee; Co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Public Relations and Education Committee Law Day Programs; member and lecturer Real Estate Committee; American Bar Association labor and real estate sections. Ms. Levine has also lectured for PLI, the N.Y.S. Workers’ Compensation Judges seminar and at various legal organizations.

She has two daughter,s Tracy an attorney and Caryn a college student.
