Mr. McIntyre graduated from John Jay College while employed as a NYC Police Officer. He received his Law degree from the Law School of the City University of New York while employed as a Suffolk County Police Officer. For two years he was assigned to the office of the Suffolk County Police Commissioner as legal counsel. He joined the Firm early in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. He retired from the Suffolk County Police Department as a Sergeant in October of 2004. He is a member of the Suffolk County P.B.A., the Suffolk County Superior Officers Association, the Suffolk County Police Conference, and the Suffolk County Police Association. He also maintains membership in the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association. He resides in Eastern Suffolk with his wife, daughter and two sons.
